• Smoky products are sold exclusively to customers of legal age;
• Some of Smoky products are sold in their original packaging as a souvenir for gene preservation or collecting purposes only;
• the user and/or purchaser acknowledges that some of the information, products, services and other content on this website may be prohibited and/or illegal in certain countries. In this respect, the User and/or the Buyer is obliged to inform themselves about and respect the laws of the country from which they come; 
• the trader reserves the right to refuse to purchase or to cancel an order via its online shop in the event of valid reasons that would indicate a breach of the content of this disclaimer. In particular, the trader will refuse the purchase or cancel the order if he determines that the buyer is not of legal age and/or if the buyer shows intentions to violate the law which are known to the trader.
