Buds

Frequently asked questions about buds

How do I choose the right Smoky?

By time of day and aroma. Carry Lift is citrusy and made for mornings, Bob Mellow sweet-fruity for afternoons, Sleepy Joe sweet-herbal for evenings. Not sure yet? Start with the SMOKY TRIO (3 × 1 g, all three — see combo packs) or take the two-minute quiz Which Smoky are you?.

What is the difference between buds and hash?

Buds are the whole dried flower; SmokyHub hash is hand-pressed from the same strains, solvent-free, denser and darker. Same strain, different texture and pace. If you like whole flower and terpene aroma, choose buds; if you prefer a compact form, choose hash.

What sizes are available?

Each Smoky comes in 1 g, 2.8 g, 5 g, 10 g, 20 g, 50 g and 100 g. Larger sizes cost less per gram. The cheapest way to try all three is the SMOKY TRIO (3 × 1 g, €18.60).

Are SmokyHub buds legal?

Yes. They are made from certified industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) with THC below 0.3 %, in line with the EU limit, and are not psychoactive. Sold to adults (18+) only. Do not carry them across borders — rules differ between countries.

How fast is delivery and what does it cost?

We ship across the EU. Orders ship the next working day; delivery within Slovenia takes 1–3 working days, a few days longer for other EU countries. Free shipping within Slovenia on orders over €19 (other EU countries: cost shown at checkout), always in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Pay on delivery, by card, Flik or bank transfer.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and undamaged. Write to hi@smokyhub.com.

How should I store buds?

In a cool, dry, dark place in a well-sealed container. Stored this way they keep their aroma and terpenes for 12 months or more.
